What Would You Like to Know?

IS SET UP INCLUDED IN MY TIME SLOT?

Our Set up time is not included in your time slot, You will get your full amount of time booked with the animals, We will arrive 30 mins early to set up and be ready for your event by your scheduled time! 

HOW BIG OF A SPACE DO YOU NEED? 

We can set up almost anywhere with a small and medium zoo, but we Prefer a 10x10 area. The large zoo we need at-least a 15x15 area 

HOW CAN I PAY YOU AT THE EVENT? 

On the day of the party, We accept Cash, Venmo, cashapp, Apple Pay, zelle. And all major credit and debit cards 

CAN I PAY FOR MY PARTY IN FULL BEFORE THE EVENT? 

Yes, you can Absolutely pay us in full before your event, Just send us a text or email and we can help you. 

IS MY KID ALLOWED TO GO IN ALONE OR DO THEY NEED A PARENT WITH THEM? 

Your child is more then welcome to come in the gate alone, We have dedicated staff that are available to watch your child while inside our petting zoo. If your child is under 2 years of age we recommend that a parent or adult is with them while they are visiting with the animals

CAN I TAKE PICTURES OF MY CHILD WITH THE ANIMALS DURING THE ZOO? 

Absolutely, We encourage pictures of the children with our animals, if you feel like going the extra mile we would love it if you tagged our business in the photos uploaded to social media! 

CAN MY CHILDREN HOLD THE ANIMALS? 

Some of our animals can be held if your child is sitting down, For the safety of our animals we ask that children do not pick up the animals without our staffs help! 

CAN I BOOK MY COMPANY EVENT ONLINE 

Unfortunately, as of right now we only book birthday parties and small events online. However If you have a large event, You can email us for a quote and we can personally book your event. 

IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?  

All deposits are non refundable and never expire, If you need to cancel your event due to any reason, you can reschedule your by event at anytime in the future without another deposit and your previous deposit will be applied towards your next event! 

THE WEATHER IS EXPECTED TO BE BAD ON THE DAY OF MY PARTY WHAT CAN WE DO? 

You are always welcome to reschedule your event, however we do work rain and shine and try to make the day the best it can be!
